Mrs. Stephanie Pond is a seasoned leader in Christian education with over 20 years of experience in school administration. Throughout her career, Mrs. Pond has demonstrated a strong commitment to excellence in education, particularly in the areas of teacher training, coaching, athletic administration, finance & development, marketing, and admissions. Her reputation for effective team building and her ability to develop top talent aligned with Christian values have been central to her success.

In addition to her administrative work, Stephanie has been a committed member of Grace Point Northwest for many years, where she and her husband have been actively involved in various ministries. She was also a key member of the launch team for Grace Point Academy, helping establish the school and its foundation.

Mrs. Pond remains passionate about integrating a biblical worldview into education, emphasizing the Christian roots of America and inspiring students to live in grace, excellence, faith, and character rooted in God’s Word. “Gratia et Veritas”
